Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

This Disclaimer applies to the website lawnlevelrake.co.za, operated by Lawn Level Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you accept the terms below. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General information only

The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and corten steel in particular changes colour as it weathers. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.

Installation guidance is general

Any lawn care, levelling or edging guidance on this site, including how much top dressing to use and how to peg an edge, is general advice for typical gardens. Soils, grasses and climates vary. You are responsible for checking what is under the ground before you dig or drive a spike, including cables and pipes. If in doubt, ask a professional.

External links

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any external site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including your rights under South African consumer law.
